SAS transformation sees PV output cut, says chairman

Solar wafer and cell maker Sino-American Silicon Products (SAS) has been decreasing PV production and increasing non-operating investment in line with a business transformation plan for 2018-2020, according to company chairman and CEO Lu Ming-kuang.
