TSEC, Giga Solar report losses for 2Q19

Solar cell and PV module maker TSEC and PV conductive paste maker Giga Solar Materials saw second-quarter 2019 operations swing to net losses of NT$24.4 million (US$782,000) and NT$27.4 million respectively.
