The DDR5 modules are designed for the latest Intel 12th Generation Alder Lake processors, and future DDR5 platforms, making them suitable for a wide range of applications, including servers, data centers, workstations, networking, telemedicine, edge computing, and High-Performance Computing (HPC).
ADATA's industrial-grade DDR5 ECC U-DIMM and ECC SO-DIMM memory modules utilize original SAMSUNG ICs and offer capacities of 16GB and 32GB. DDR5 performs at twice the bandwidth of DDR4 with data transfer rates of up to 4800 MT/s, while also operating at a lower 1.1V for improved energy efficiency. In addition, they feature on-module Power Management ICs (PMIC), which improve power management and provide a more stable power supply with per-module granularity. What's more, the DDR5 ECC U-DIMM and SO-DIMM memory modules are equipped with On-die ECC (error correcting code) and Side-band ECC technologies for more reliable data transmissions.
All ADATA industrial-grade DDR5 memory modules feature thermal sensors to prevent overheating for improved stability and use 30µ PCB gold plating for improved signal transmission, plus anti-sulfuration protection and conformal coating technology for resilience against pollution, dust, and humidity.
