Samsung SDI and LG Electronics expect to break even in PDP production in 4Q

The soccer World Cup stimulated strong growth in the global PDP (plasma display panel) TV market, and Samsung SDI and LG Electronics have seen monthly shipments rise from 1,000 units early in the year to a respective 8,000 and 6,000 units currently.
