DRAMeXchange: DDR spot prices drop slightly

Average spot prices for 256Mbit (32Mbitx8) DRAM dropped slightly in Asia last week, after a rally of 10% in the previous week. DRAMeXchange projects that prices may be nearing peak if no more price drivers come along.
