Winbond continues to shift capacity from commodity DRAM to handset memory in 2Q

As Winbond Electronics continues to allocate more capacity to handset memory this quarter, its commodity DRAM output will drop to around 2,000 or 3,000 wafers per month from 4,000 wafers in March, according to a company source.
