Toshiba commercializes 56nm-made 16GB embedded NAND flash production

Toshiba today announced that the company has commercialized a new series of 16GB embedded NAND flash memory devices which is compliant with the MultiMediaCard Association (MMCA) version 4.2 standard for mobile consumer products.
