NPC to wait till 2Q08 to decide whether to expand FC substrate capacity

Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board (NPC) will not increase its flip-chip (FC) substrate capacity in the meantime and will decide whether it will do so in the second quarter of 2008 depending on the market situation, according to the company.
