UTAC revises fourth-quarter guidance to a sequential 10% decline

United Test and Assembly Center (UTAC) has revised its guidance for the fourth quarter of this year to a possible sequential 10% decline instead of its previous forecast for continued growth, according to company chairman and CEO JC Lee.
