Intel postpones the launch of new Menlow Atom CPUs to mid-April
Intel has postponed the launch of its Atom Z550 and Z515 CPUs for mobile Internet devices (MIDs) to mid-April, according to sources at MID makers.

With Intel pushing its low-power x86-based Atom Z500 processor family to challenge ARM-based processors in the mobile device market, ARM believes it still has the advantage.
