Samsung and Hynix may raise NAND flash prices

Prices for 8Gb NAND flash parts from Korea-based Samsung Electronics and Hynix may increase to US$9 due to insufficient capacity in the industry and strong orders for Apple's iPhone and iPod, according to memory module makers.
