PSC paints rosy outlook, aims to expand 12-inch capacity

With its profits surging 125-fold in 2004, Taiwan’s Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) said its aggressive 12-inch capacity ramp would keep the firm profitable, even if DRAM chip prices continue to dip further.
