SiS extends presence in digital home market, acquires stake in video IC design house VXIS

Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) announced it will invest NT$165 million to acquire a 34% stake in video IC design house VXIS Technology, with the goal of extending its presence in the digital-home market.
