PCB maker Gia Tzoong raises funds to develop LED-use heat sinks

Taiwan-based printed circuit board (PCB) maker Gia Tzoon Enterprise has issued NT$250 million (US$7.56 million) worth of convertible bonds, mainly with the aim to finance its development of LED-use heat sinks.
