SDI leadframe pricing to remain strong; IDM exposure grows

Leadframe maker Shuen Der Industry (SDI) stated it expects gross margins in the 13-14% range in the third quarter amid stable pricing and the company also expects to increase its sale contribution from IDMs to 65% this quarter.
