ASMC yet to fully recover from Shanghai power outage

A recent power outage in Shanghai, China has hit Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (ASMC), with operations at its 6-inch fab yet to fully recover, according to company president and CEO Hsueh Cheng Lu.
