3-megapixel to become mainstream resolution of phone cameras in 2009, says Largan

The mainstream resolution level for phone cameras will shift from 2-megapixel currently to 3-megapixel in 2009, according to Scott Lin, chairman of Taiwan-based lens kit maker for Largan Precision.
