Solartech sees profits in 1Q09 while Neo Solar records loss

Solartech Energy and Neo Solar Power, two Taiwan-based makers of crystalline silicon solar cells, have reported gross margins of 7.66% and negative 13.75%, respectively, for the first quarter of 2009.
