SEMICON Taiwan 2011: Atecom showcases sapphire ingots

Taiwan-based semiconductor material supplier Atecom Technology showcased its sapphire crystals at SEMICON Taiwan 2011 in early September.

Headquartered in Taipei, Atecom has been supplying materials such as silicon monocrystalline ingots, polished wafers, epitaxial wafers and solar grade wafers for semiconductor and optoelectronic industries since 1998.
