Aptina adds Micron 8-inch fab in Japan to its production line Nov 20, 16:45 Aptina Imaging plans to use Micron Technology's 8-inch fab in Japan as a CMOS image sensor (CIS) production site since it is still unable to immediately support short lead-time orders from clients, according to Aptina CEO David Orton.
