Global Unichip expects revenues to increase 50% in 2003

Taiwan-based IC design house Global Unichip reported that its cooperation with parent company Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has helped it successfully transition from the 0.25-micron IC design process to the 0.18-micron process.
