Walsin Technology to purchase fellow Taiwan MLCC maker

Walsin Technology, the second-largest MLCC (multi-layer ceramic capacitor) manufacturer in Taiwan, on February 11 announced that it would merge with Eden Technology, another local MLCC maker, by swapping one share for 2.36 Eden shares.
