Notebook shipments to US and Asia-Pacific drive Acer’s performance up in 4Q05

Acer yesterday announced that it succeeded in bumping Toshiba from the number three spot in the global notebook market in the fourth quarter of 2005 when its shipments to the US and Asia-Pacific jumped significantly.
