TPO introduces 1.8-inch LTPS display for telecom applications

TPO Displays today unveiled a 1.8-inch QQVGA low-temperature poly silicon (LTPS) TFT LCD panel, adopting the smallest die size IC for the QQVGA LCD panel segment, according to the company.
