Sony to spend US$12 billion in outsourcing from Taiwan in FY2007, says paper

Industry sources recently indicated the amount of orders that Sony will place with Taiwan-based makers in fiscal year 2007 (the year ended March 2008) will reach US$12 billion, acccording to the Chinese-language Apple Daily.
