AUO expects low-cost notebook market to reach 10-15 million units in 2008

AU Optronics (AUO) expects the low-cost notebook market to reach 10-15 million units this year, but LCD panel supply for the segment may run tight if the volume exceeds 12 million units, according to a company executive.
