Taiwan market: Sparq becomes first provider of E.164 VoIP services

New Century InfoComm Tech (Sparq), a fixed-line telecom carrier in Taiwan, on November 26 announced the launch of its E.164-format VoIP service, becoming the first provider of such services in Taiwan.
