Elpida develops 2Gb DDR2 mobile RAM

Elpida Memory has developed a 2Gb DDR2 mobile RAM for smartphones and tablet PCs, according to the company. The new DDR2 is manufactured using a 40nm process at Elpida's Hiroshima plant.
