FCCL maker Taiflex sets 2011 capex budget at NT$300 million

FCCL (flexible copper-clad laminate) maker Taiflex Scientific plans to invest NT$300 million (US$9.38 million) to ramp its FCCL as well as PV module back sheet capacity in 2011. For 2010, total capex will be less than NT$100 million.
