Asian Games is known as one of the leading manufacturers of PC- and Video Game accessories since the early 1990s. The company is not only one of the world's largest suppliers of Memory ICs but also designs and manufactures Steering Wheels, Joypads, Joysticks and other gaming accessories for some of the world's largest retailers and peripheral brands.
At this year's Computex Taipei, Asian Games introduces its newest products with inbuilt Hall Sensor Technology instead of traditional mechanical devices. "The advantages are tremendous," explains Mr. Kimar Chen, Chief Developer at Sanmos Group and its subsidiary Asian Games. "The contactless implementation of magnetic Hall sensor IC's improves reliability and durability by virtually eliminating wear and fatigue. The precision and reaction times are mindboggling and will certainly make Hall Sensor Technology the new standard for all high quality gaming accessories," predicts Mr. Kimar Chen. The first products to be launched with Hall Sensor IC's are Asian Games' newest Joystick and a High-End Steering Wheel for Playstation 3. The Steering Wheel is the company's new flagship and shows why Asian Games is one of the most successful OEM-suppliers in this popular product segment. It comes not only equipped with Hall Sensor Technology, but also with six speed manual gear stick and three foot pedals, incl. clutch. It's hard to imagine how racing could become more realistic than that.
Other highlights at this year's booth of Sanmos Group and Asian Games include "Xinput-Joypads" which can be used for both PC and Xbox 360, a new range of "Magic Power" inductive charging solutions for various platforms, the company's own Multimedia Handheld systems "MI Shark" and a wide assortment of new Bluetooth devices.
Asian Games and Sanmos Group are located in Hall 1, Booth B809.
