Along with the upcoming request of smaller and thinner motherboards' form factor, Fintek launches a series of the industrial leading, small package, energy saving (support the Energy Related Products "ErP" compliance) and low power consumption super I/O products at 2011 to meet this kind of the small form factor trend.
Before the domestic competitors announces ErP-Lot 6.0 compliance and small package solutions, Fintek launches a series of the industry-leading super I/O products F71889A/F71869A (packaged in 128 pin LQFP, 14*14mm) and F71808A (packaged in 64 pin TQFP, 7*7mm) with RC6/QP CIR, PECI 3.0 functions, suitable for Intel's new Sugar Bay platform DSW (Deep Sleep Well), support deep S3 power control timing mode for booting the system quickly and help the customer system to reach to G3 like stage and then achieve the energy-efficient, power-saving solution. Those solutions are suitable for all in one (AIO) PC, DT and etc.
For the industrial PC (IPC) market, Fintek launches the next generation super I/O - F81866 (packaged in 128 pin LQFP, 14*14mm) which is the successor for F81865 (packaged in 128 pin PQFP, 14*20mm). This device features 6 COM, low power consumption to support ErP compliance, PECI 3.0, and DSW. In addition, F81866 built in a bunch of features which are critical for the IPC market such as serial ID, selectable COM port buffer 16/32/64/128 bytes FIFO, and ATX simulates AT function. Along with this new super I/O solution, Fintek also launches LPC to 4 COM solution - F81216H (packaged in 48 pin TQFP, 7*7mm). F81216H is also the successor of F81216A series with the extra selectable 16/32/64/128 bytes FIFO which could reduce the overrun occurrence possibility when testing the burn in test utility. In order to meet the strict IPC market standard, F81866 and F81216H are all specified the -40°C ~ +85°C wide temperature range.
Fintek also offers a variety of the professional solutions such as F75113 and F7520X series. F75113 is a pure GPIO IC with the touch sensor function and the multiple interfaces such as I2C, LPC and SPI. Nowadays with the booming of the smart phone such as iPhone, and iPad, the fast speed charging via USB port requirement is more and more urgent. So Fintek launches a series of products F75200 / F75201 / F75202 which are all compliant with the USB charging standard such as USB Battery Charging Specification Revision 1.2, China YD/T 1591-2009 standard, and all Apple® portable devices charging standard. The built in charger identification circuit allows F7520X automatically detect and identify the plug in portable devices correctly for drawing the accurate and sufficient current. These devices are best suited for PC, AIO, NB, in vehicle charging and other charging accessories.
