Win Semi expects 4Q sales to hit peak for 2013

Gallium arsenide (GaAs) wafer foundry Win Semiconductors' 2013 consolidated revenues are set to peak in the fourth quarter, buoyed by a ramp-up of orders from the smartphone sector, according to company chairman Dennis Chen.
