Global 3Q13 semiconductor equipment billings drop 16% on year, says SEMI

Worldwide semiconductor manufacturing equipment billings declined 16% on year to US$ 7.65 billion in the third quarter of 2013, according to SEMI. The billings figure is 1% higher than the prior quarter.
