DRAM makers Inotera, Nanya see 2Q15 profits shrink

Taiwan-based DRAM chipmakers Inotera Memories and Nanya Technology both saw their profits decline more than 30% sequentially in the second quarter of 2015, due mainly to falling product ASPs.
