ASE dismisses speculation about Ardentec acquisition

Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) has posted a filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) dismissing a Chinese-language Commercial Times report indicating Ardentec is ASE's next acquisition target.
