MStar unit to complete merger with Ilitek on June 1

MStar Semiconductor through a wholly-owned subsidiary will complete its merger with ILI Technology (Ilitek) on June 1, 2016, according to a filing issued by its parent company MediaTek with the Taiwan Stock Echange (TSE).
