Taiwan-based OEMs, ODMs and OBMs shipped a total of 10.087 million LCD TVs in the fourth quarter of 2016, growing 5.5% on quarter but slipping 1.4% on year, and as a result, shipments in the whole year reached 35.45 million units, growing 1.8% on year, according to Digitimes Research.
