Quanta Display announces 410 million new share issue and 2003 financial forecast

Quanta Display’s board of directors decided on December 30 to issue 410 million new shares at a price of NT$12 per share to raise NT$4.920 billion to finance construction of the company’s fifth-generation (5G) TFT LCD production line.
