Winstek and ChipMOS increase testing capacity with more Agilent 93000s

Agilent Technologies this week announced that Taiwanese IC testing companies Winstek Semiconductor and ChipMOS Technologies have purchased several Agilent 93000 SoC (system-on-a-chip) Series test systems to increase their testing capacity.
