Alcor Micro said to land card reader controller orders from Asustek and HP

After drawing investment from Asustek Computer in 2007, Alcor Micro is said to have landed card reader controller IC orders for low-cost notebooks (netbooks) from Asustek and Hewlett-Packard (HP), according to industry sources.
