CMO to delay production ramp at 8.5G LCD fab

Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) is moving back the production ramp-up at its 8.5G LCD panel plant to 2010, as the maker is slowing down construction of the new fab to ease pressure on its cash in hand, according to industry sources.
