Inotera revenues up on 50nm ramp in September

Inotera Memories saw revenues grow over 10% sequentially in September 2010, buoyed by the ramp-up of 50nm technology, according to the DRAM maker. Its bit shipments are set to climb 100% sequentially in the fourth quarter.
