Global DRAM module market to grow almost 11% in 2011, says IHS iSuppli

The market for DRAM modules - packages containing DRAM chips for use in PCs and other electronic products - is headed for yet another year of double-digit growth in 2011 as shipments bound up 10.8%, according to IHS iSuppli.
