Taiwan market: Vibo expanding 3G network

Taiwan-based Vibo Telecom will add 650 base stations to its 3G network of more than 5,000 by the end of 2011 and set up 500 more in first-quarter 2011, according to the telecom carrier's CEO George Chou.
