Taiwan market: Asia Pacific Telecom sees 1H13 setback

Asia Pacific Telecom, the only CDMA 2000 mobile telecom carrier in Taiwan, has revealed it suffered significant on-year decreases in consolidated revenues and profitability in the first half of 2013.
