Sony Mobile has unveiled smart bracelet SmartBand 2, which is set to become available worldwide starting September.
The SmartBand 2 features the same form factor and designs as the first-generation SmartBand and is equipped with pulse sensor, movement tracker and sleep detector to record users' personnel data. The bracelet is also IP68 water-proof standard certified.
Compared to the first-generation device, the SmartBand 2 has a longer battery life and can run up to two days with only one hour of charging, according to the vendor.
Sony said that the SmartBand 2 is designed jointly by its creative centers in Sweden and Japan.
