Arima Opto to acquire LED cutting and inspecting company Cleavage

Arima Optoelectronics on February 9 announced it will acquire Cleavage Enterprise, a Taiwan-based company specializing in cutting and inspecting LED chips, according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
