AMTC reportedly to restart 5G CF plant in mid-November

Taiwan-based color filter (CF) maker Allied Material Technology Corporation (AMTC) will restart its fifth-generation (5G) plant in the middle of November at the earliest, according to today's Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN).
