IC packaging vendor Greatek to limit capex in 4Q08 on slack orders

Consumer IC packaging company Greatek Electronics (GTK) is to limit its capex to below NT$100 million (US$3.05 million) in the fourth quarter of this year due to poor order visibility, according to company sources.
