Nanya to discontinue taking PC DRAM chips from Inotera, say sources

Nanya Technology plans to discontinue its rights to take delivery of PC DRAM chips from Inotera Memories, while allowing Micron Technology to handle sales of all DRAM chips rolled out from Inotera, according to industry sources.
